Return Policy:
1) The customer is allowed a seven-day option period from the receipt of the goods, as stipulated by the law. For exchange and return.
2) The customer is granted a free trial of approximately 2 grams of oud to verify if the scent suits them. If this amount is exceeded, the full deficiency will be deducted along with the trial value.
3) Returns are not allowed if the usage exceeds 10% of the weight of the oud, or 15 grams, whichever is more.
4) For the return of the perfume oil, it must be tested with a dot on fabric, and the oud oil cannot be returned if a dot has been made, or it has been applied to the skin, or divided.
5) The customer has the right to exchange or return goods provided the product remains in good condition, the original packaging is intact, and undamaged.
6) Upon return, contact customer service to send the return slip, so the customer can ship the product. When the product arrives and meets the conditions, the purchase amount will be transferred minus the shipping costs for both ways. In all cases (meaning if shipping was free at purchase, the customer bears the cost upon return).
7) Shipping is free for exchange or return if the items sent to the customer contain an error or a significant defect.
8) Orders are shipped after the order value is entered into the Rating for Oud website account, and will be delivered according to the method chosen on the website.
9) All orders are shipped and delivered to the customer through shipping companies within three to seven working days for Saudi Arabia, and may take longer outside Saudi Arabia, which varies from country to country. To track the shipment, the customer can follow it through the shipping company.
10) Ratinj for Oud strives to provide an accurate description of the sticks and oils. If the product displayed on the store differs from the description on the product, you can return the product according to the return policy free of charge or contact customer service.
11) Some images and packaging in the store may be illustrative or approximate, so the color, box, or decorations may differ slightly from what is present, but this should be taken into account.
Our policy in describing our products:
First: An accurate description of the level of incense and perfume scents, based on our experience, taste, and vision, which we have put effort into to bring closer to the generous shopper.
Second: Ratinj for Oud perfumes are high-quality perfumes, some of which are designed by international designers and contain natural primary ingredients.
Third: The scent of the perfume does not have to match the ingredients listed in the description; because some ingredients, when mixed, produce a different scent from the original, like mixing colors.
